Leeds, York and North Yorkshire Chamber's EXPO 2011 techie breakie
To kick start EXPO 2011, the Chamber are bringing their successful 'Pure Networking' to the Royal Armouries, 13th October 2011. Starting at 7:30am exhibitors, IT & Telecoms professionals and Chamber members from the wider business community will join the techmesh team as a pre-cursor to the exhibition.
We are working closely with the Chamber to showcase the region as the hub of expertise for IT & Telecoms and this is a great example of their continued support.
The techie breakie will finish at 9:00 followed by the official opening of EXPO 2011 by David Parkin, Editor and founder of The Business Desk.

techmesh York IT Security event a success!
This week’s ‘How secure is your technology – prevention is better than cure’ event, University of York was another great event for techmesh. Thanks to Stuart Barker, Agenci Ltd, Tracy Hannan, KC Business and Mark Wityszyn, Ventura part of Capita Group, who did a fantastic job with their presentations. IT & Telecoms Expo 2011 to showcase the region’s assets
We invite companies across Yorkshire eager to find out more about the latest trends and developments in IT & Telecoms to attend EXPO 2011. The exhibition, which is being held at the Royal Armouries on the 13th October, is organised by techmesh, the region’s only dedicated IT & Telecoms member network.

BT's Trevor Higgins presents at techmesh Leeds
Regional Partnership Director, Trevor Higgins confirmed this week he will present at 'Digital Britain - Emerging Technologies' 19th July at the Rose Bowl, Leeds Met from 8am. BT are investing £2.5b in provding superfast broadband to 70% of the UK by 2012. Trevor will give an update on progress and discuss benefits for business.
